Moving email host to another machine

I am in the process of changing the host that is managing the email for jbymail.org from my house to a ISP hosted server. The server should be up more often than the internet service at my house and should also work properly to send mail to others including AOL without problems with the source ipaddress. This will also be sure the server stays up during power outages at my house.
